Hockley Winter Foursomes 2025

First played in 1959, the Hockley Winter Foursomes is one of our most enduring and well-supported competitions, offering competitive golf throughout the winter months on our free-draining downland course.

Rounds are scheduled between November and February, with all pairs guaranteed three matches. The competition is open to players with a valid WHS handicap and at least 162 holes played (minimum 54 competitive) in the preceding 12 months. The maximum field is 64 pairs, with the highest combined handicaps balloted out in the event of oversubscription.
