Delhi Cup Rules

1. The Competition is open to Amateur members of recognised Golf Clubs.
2. Entrance Fee Visitors: £60.00 including Lunch – Members price £40.00 including lunch.
3. Entries will be limited to 66 (Entry by handicap ballot if oversubscribed)
4. Players must have returned a minimum of 6 qualifying rounds (108 holes) within the preceding
12 months prior to the competition date.
5. Entries must be completed online at http://www.hockleygolfclub.com/open_competitions
6. Competitors are entitled to 1 practice round during the two weeks prior to the event. To be booked through
the Professional Shop 01962 713165 opt 2.
7. Play will be in groups of three. All competitors will be emailed the start sheet and available after the
closing date on www.hockleygolfclub.com/opengolfevents
8. The Committee reserves the right to refuse entry without reason.
9. In the event of a tie after 36 holes, there will be a sudden death playoff over holes 1,2,3,17,18 as required.
10. DRESS RULES: On the Course.
- Golf shirts with collar, roll neck or turtleneck and sleeves.
- Tailored shorts, mid to knee length.
- Sports socks (of any colour) must be worn at all times, full length, mid length or ankle style.
- Appropriate smart golf attire at all times.
- Denim-type trousers are not allowed on the Course at any time
