Hockley Golf Course - Hole 9

 

 

A great par four that needs your full concentration. If the pin is on the right of this green then it may be worth taking on the pod of bunkers as you need to be on the left of the fairway for the best line to the pin. Otherwise play more conservatively down the middle right. The second is usually into the prevailing wind and careful club selection is essential if you are going to make a stress free par - as a general rule better a little too long than short here as chipping down onto the green is very testing.
